Instructions for use:

Washing - Mix 50 g of clay with water or equal parts water and vinegar until a thick paste is formed. Stir with a non-metallic spatula after 10-15 minutes. The mixture is used for washing hair, face, and body.

Mask - Add mineral water or boiled water (chamomile tea or other herbal tea, rose water, freshly squeezed fruit or vegetable juice) to one tablespoon of clay in a non-metallic container, adding it gradually. Stir with a non-metallic spatula until a thick, homogeneous mass is formed. You can add half an egg yolk, a teaspoon of honey, or olive oil. The mixture is applied evenly to the face, various body parts, or, after dampening the hair, to the hair roots, distributed evenly throughout the entire length of the hair, and covered with a shower cap. Rinse off after 10-15 minutes and apply a moisturizer. The mask may alter the color of dyed hair.

Bath - The contents of the jar are added to the bathwater. After bathing, rinse the body thoroughly with water.
