Inarisbeautystore hereby grants you permission to access and view the content on the Website. You agree not to upload or transmit through the Website any computer viruses or anything else designed to interfere with, interrupt or disrupt the normal operating procedures of a computer; and any material which is defamatory, offensive or of an obscene character.The website may be used for lawful purposes and in a lawful manner.

Registering an account and subscribing to emails
You must be over 18 to register for a personal account, subscribe to marketing emails and/or place an order with the Website.
To order products using the Website, we ask you to register for a personal account. This includes: your email address, first name, surname, password, billing address and, where applicable, different delivery address and other relevant information. Orders and confirmation
By clicking on the “Buy now” button, you place a binding purchase offer that must be accepted by us. The purchase agreement concerning the ordered products only takes effect once we accept your order. We are not obliged to accept your purchase offer. We accept your order by confirming the shipping of the products by email. We reserve the right to refuse to accept an order. All communications will be addressed to the email address you supply when you register.
You will assume the risk for the products once they have been delivered to the delivery address which you specified when ordering the products. We accept no liability where you provide an incorrect delivery address or where you fail to collect the products from the delivery address which you specified.
All prices are VAT/Sales Tax inclusive unless otherwise stated.
Payment and delivery
Currently we accept only Pay Pal payment. You will be redirected to the Pay Pal website to cofirm you payment.
We will be able to receive debit/credit card payments soon via virtual POS terminal provided by Raiffeisenbank (Bulgaria) EAD. Please mind that the card payment will be processed in Bulgarian leva according to the applicable exchange rates of Raiffeisenbank (Bulgaria) EAD.
In case the payment was made via debit/credit card, a refund will be credited to the original card used for that purchase within 90 days of payment.
The price of a product shall be as stated on this Website at the time you place your order except in the case of an obvious error. We try to ensure that all prices on our Website are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we dispatch the item to you. In those circumstances, we will inform you of the correct price to you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
Usually we dispatch orders within 1-3 business days after receiving payment.
We offer free worldwide delivery via Economy Post Service.
If you want Priority Post Service, please contact us for price of delivery.

Cancellation, returns and refunds
You have the right to cancel the order prior to dispatch. In this case we will issue a full refund for it.
You have the right to return a product within 30 days of the item being received, provided it is in new condition. Please ensure that the items you are returning are unopened and in the original packaging. Unwanted goods need to be in pristine condition with any retail seals unbroken. You bear the direct costs of returning the products.
After the returned order is received and inspected you will receive a refund for it. The refund will be processed through the same methos used to make the original purchase. If you paid via Pay Pal you will receive your refund via Pay Pal, if you paid via debit/credit card you will receive the refund on the same card.
Used products are not eligible for return, so please do not return them. You will not receive a refund if the retured item is used.
If you do not receive your order or receive damaged, wrong item, please contact us at office@inarisbeautystore.eu. If your claim is accepted, you either will be refunded or you will receive a new product, if available.
Customs and duties
The customer is the importer of record and will be responsible for all customs import duties and sales tax charges. These charges vary in each country and are outside of our control. Contact your local customs office for more information on what import duties or sales taxes may be imposed.
Business Customers
If you wish to buy products on the Website for business purposes, please contact us beforehand so we can issue a VAT invoice for your purchase.
To the extent permitted by law, business customers agree that where products are purchased for the purpose of a business that the consumer protection legislation does not apply.
Limitation of liability
The Customer shall indemnify Inarisbeautystore against any loss of or damage to property or for data or software which is lost, corrupted, deleted or altered due to the act or omission of the customer. Inarisbeautystore shall not be liable to the Customer for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase, use or performance of products or services from Inarisbeautystore, even if Inarisbeautystore has been advised of their possibility. In no case shall Inarisbeautystore's maximum liability exceed the cost of the relevant original order.
Information provided about the products is intended to be used for educational or informational purposes only. The statements and products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition or disease. Please consult with your own doctor or health care practitioner regarding the suggestions and recommendations made on the Website.
If we breach these Terms we shall only be liable for losses which are a reasonably foreseeable consequence of such a breach, up to a maximum of the purchase price of your order. Losses are foreseeable where they could be contemplated by you and us at the time of entering into this agreement.
We provide no guarantee for the constant and uninterrupted availability of the Website.
You agree that the laws of Bulgaria govern this agreement. Any disputes or claims that you may have against us reside in and will be resolved by Bulgarian court of law.
If any of these Terms are found to be invalid by any court or regulator, the other Terms shall continue to apply.
